This is a great hotel right in the heart of everything. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are a bit older but clean and nice. They also have heat and AC in the rooms, which lots of hotels don't in SF.

This was an older hotel if I recall correctly built in 1902 and to my surprise in really good shape. I enjoyed my stay and the front desk staff, cleaning staff, and kitchen staff was awesome.

This is a tourist hotel masquerading as an executive Hotel. If you get a good rate, you won’t be disappointed. It’s clean but basic. I paid the exorbitant rate associated with a tradeshow, and as such, it fell short of my expectations given the price I paid. The staff are very attentive, but the property is very dated.
