Check-in was quick and easy. The employee who assisted us was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. It was very close to the airport with a Safeway and eateries within walking distance. The room was clean and a good size. A/C, fridge, microwave, TV, and complimentary soap, lotion, and coffee machine was great to have inside the room. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Decided last minute to have another day in San Francisco and found this hotel to stay at for a night, room was very clean love that theres also a coffee pot in it, staff was nice and it's one of few around that don't require a deposit which made it even more convenient for an unplanned extra day. We will be coming back here next time

The facility was clean, quiet and close to convenient stores, eateries and public transport. The only inconvenience was that the bed base made noises/squeaks whenever I move around on it. Overall, it was a good stay.

The facility is old and small. It was clean enough. My biggest concern was the fact they would not send a jacket left, at my expense. Second, they said if we didn't pickup that day, their staff was taking it home. Rude! And probably illegal. We went back and got it. Never staying there again and definitely going to spread my bad review.

I like how close it is to my job, shopping, and different food options It is clean, and ok on the noise level. It is however not equipped with sound proofing as stated on the website. But the traffic noise doesn’t both you once you’re sleep and the world around you settles down.
