The property, staff, amenities were great, however the bathroom (toilet) was nasty. It has poop stains in it. Maybe this is an isolated incident, I’d give them another chance when I visit San Francisco again.

We booked a deluxe king with a sofa bed for just one night. The room was super cozy—bed facing the window with a view of the highway, train track and mountains. It was totally soundproof, so we didn’t hear any trains or cars at all. The bed was seriously comfy.
