The property is the 3rd time we stay. Quiet place and close to USF where my daughter was studying college. I will recommend to any one that wants quit place easy to walk around. The people very friendly.

Staff was able to store my luggage for me for the day, which was extremely appreciated, and the bathrooms were newly renovated. Other than that, the dirtiest hotel I've seen in a while, I slept above the stained pillows and sheets with my own blankets. Windows were broken and no ac, it was about 1000 degrees in April, refrigerator didn't work

For a quick stay this place is good for the price. The location was walkable to many areas and i enjoyed that you need to use your room key to access the building. Many of the rooms are being renovated right now so there were construction sounds present.

Great little hotel for a quick stay. The room was small but clean and even had a microwave and minifridge. It is an older building, but that doesn't bother us at all. The lady who checked us in was amazing and exceedingly helpful. We would definitely stay again!

This is a 2 star property. Nothing wrong with it! but it is 2 stars... The room is about 3' bigger than the bed. You could dry yourself quicker with a paper towel than with what they have hanging in the bathroom. It was Clean(ish)! but the room was under construction. Finish the dang room before you rent it to someone! That's just silly...
