Great hotel hacienda

Great hotel, excellent service and excellent food. I really enjoyed my stay. It was property of Vicente Fox ( Mexico's ex-president) so there's a lot of history on this site.

This has been one of my favorite places we have gotten! Its so rich in culture and the customer service was amazing from everyone we encountered! There was not hot water on showers in either my room or my friends rooms. Pool was heated that is nice.

Beautiful spot BUT...

We booked a specific room and they gave us a different room. This room smells so bad. Humidity and smell of spout. Extremely noisy room also. The place is beautiful. I have to say that thank you to JOEL we will return again. This employee was extremely kind and respectful. He apologized for the inconvenience and gave us a tour to the whole property.
