The man who was on staff at the front desk (I'm sorry we didn't get his name) was so wonderful when my mother misplaced her credit card. After she called the desk asking if it had been found, he took the effort to watch the security camera footage to see if he could help her locate it. Turns out she left the card elsewhere, but he certainly helped us narrow down and retrace our steps. I don't know if we'll be back to the area, but if we do we'd certainly be staying there again.
