The staff was approachable and always had a smile when we passed the front desk. They even provided a couple places to visit and eat at near by. Our room was clean and very quiet from outside noise which was great since we were by the rail. Breakfast was good, always hot and a good selection for something quick to start the day.

Mom’s 95th birthday! The first room we were given was not facing the bay, as requested. After talking with the manager, and mentioning how important it was for her birthday celebration, we were given the correct room. Yea, Mom was happy!!! Candice, Stephanie, and the staff were very accommodating, friendly, kind, and went the extra mile on Mom’s birthday, by coming to the room with gifts, and singing happy birthday. We enjoyed the breakfast, there was a little something for everyone. The building could use some upgrades, to make it a little more modern. It’s a good location, across the street from a lovely park, and the bay front , where there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, for most. It is a slight noisy due to the trains. Would I stay again…absolutely.
