Very clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds but needed better blankets on beds. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price was very reasonable. Would definitely stay at Pleasant Inn in the future.

As a previous hotelier, I really appreciated the friendliness of the front desk staff. The room was pristine. The value for the price was excellent! I already booked my next few stays as I’ll be traveling to the area once a week for the next few months. I’m looking forward to the clean lodging.

The Pleasant Inn is exactly that...."pleasant". It is an older hotel that has undergone renovations in the bedroom and bathroom. The price and location are fine. Staff are welcoming and organized.

The staff was very nice. The beds were comfy. Ice machine on the third floor worked but the first floor one was slower. Great place to stay to sleep while you explore San Diego.

Property is right off the 805 freeway which was convenient. Ubers were always close by to the area as well if planning on using them. Room was a bit outdated but still cozy, bathrooms do need a remodel since it felt like shower & toilet were gonna fall apart. Would stay again if price were to be lower than $80/night.

The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful when our toilet had problems there immediately. Property has no real amenities but is a comfortable bed in a central and safe location. Walmart and gas station and nice neighborhood with sidewalks to walk in. Budget friendly. No pool, breakfast, or coffee except pot in room but is a fridge. If they added a microwave would make it doable for longer stays.
