Terrible. I don’t even know where to start. There is no checkin driveway, they will tell you to park in a red zone (assuming somone isn’t already there) and hope you don’t get a ticket while you checkin. When you do get checked in, parking is almost non existent. Unless you drive a Mini, they can’t park you in their garage, I drive a standard size Explorer and I was told “it’s too big”. They will tell you there is parking nearby, but it’s full because of where they are located. I had to park 5 blocks away in an open lot that cost me $50 a night. Oh, and the machines on the lot only went a maximum of 12 hours so I got to wake up at 4:30 a.m. to walk 5 blocks to reload the meter. They have one person working front desk at any given time, so if you catch them during their “break” you get to have a conversation with them while they eat. The windows in the bedroom have blackout blinds, but the bathroom window does not and because the bathroom door is glass the bright lights outside pour into your room all night. There is no vending machines available. Terrible, awful experience.
