We had a wonderful stay, the attendant up front was so friendly - my son really enjoyed talking with him. The hotel patio is lovely, the room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again the next time I’m in San Diego - walking distance to great coffee shops, restaurants, and beautiful Little Italy. <3 P.S. Parking wasn’t that difficult to find even though the hotel doesn’t have a lot!

I had a nice single queen room with it's own bathroom and it was delightful. The staff provided daily snacks (waters, energy drinks, chips, and trail mix). The location is nice and secured where only guess will have access to the property.

We booked the King Deluxe Room with restroom. Make sure you look at the room you book, as some rooms do not have attached restrooms and are communal. Hotel itself was cute, def a vibe. Room was clean, staff were present and friendly at the front, ac and water worked great. Parking is a doozy. Street only or paid lot parking can definitely be a hassle, but if you land a great spot, it's totally worth it.

Over a great stay for the price. In the middle of Little Italy. We enjoyed our time there even with a shared bathroom. It was never an issue. It’s an older remodeled property. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. The place is cute. We paid $122 a night over the weekend: plenty of food close by. If you want a nicer hotel this is not for you. If you want a low key well maintained boutique style place that surges its purpose at a reasonable price this is for you.

AC was quiet, the staff friendly and informative, towels soft and the location perfect. Walk to amazing food, the Embarcadero, and watch the sun set over the water from a rooftop bar. Walk to Balboa Park and the zoo. Hop the trolley or coaster for added adventure. Its all there.

Excellent stay !! Many restaurants and bars near by. The room was very spacious and clean, though it was in need of a good dusting but it was clean where it counted. The air conditioner was excellent and the bathrooms were nice with modern updates. The staff was amazing and very helpful and we loved the snacks and drinks available in the common area. The parking situation was not great but we made it work. We would definitely stay here again.
