Room was very clean, and the Heat/AC works great. The staff is very nice and attentive. The neighborhood is pretty chill; however, Rosecrans St seems to be the local raceway. Lol. The location is great. Better Buzz Coffee across the street to the south, Winchell's Donuts across the street to the east, and liquor stores in both directions. Ralph's is two blocks away. You can see the upper half of the Americas Cup Harbor, very pretty at night.

The pictures on orbits make this place look very nice. It’s basically a slightly cleaner super eight motel. It’s more expensive than a super eight motel, but if you put this place next to a super eight motel, you’re not going to see much of a difference. The bed was hard as a rock, the road is right next to the rooms and was very loud all night and all morning. The room was clean, the towels and shower were clean.

It was very close to the airport and Liberty Station, lots of dining places nearby that is walkable, liquor store and Winchell's donuts right across street. Very convenient spot. Room was clean and inviting. Upon checking in, Dave was polite and very helpful. This was the first time staying here. Price was very reasonable and I will definitely stay here again when in the area.
