What was not so great: 1) we wanted to use the hot tub, but the water was murky…so yeah. 2) The valet parking for $60 and no self-parking option is not so great. The valet drivers did a great job, but next time I will probably choose a hotel with a self-parking option. 3) We had a room on the 2nd floor, some of the odd numbered rooms have a window facing the train track and though it’s not as loud as cargo trains, for light sleepers it can be disruptive.
