The Hilton always hits the highest note without even trying. I love the Hilton. I will always stay there when I’m on vacation. My family agrees. Check in was brutal. Once we were finally face to face, the staff was nice. One of the valet men was very professional. The other was blatantly rude. There were people in the lobby complaining about the same things. Feels woefully disorganized. There was a rotten orange behind the tv in our room and the shampoo and body wash bottles were empty.
