the rooms and property were just fine/a bit rundown, but the staff were incredibly kind and helpful! would recommend if you're looking to be downtown and near the airport. also - the only hotel in the area with free parking!

Most people would be scared off by the exterior of this property but it was obviously remodeled recently. It was clean and just lovely. We went for the Big Bay Bang (which we awesome) and this was easy walking distance to Waterfront Park. We would absolutely stay here again!

Comfy beds, convenient location, great price! The parking situation is less than ideal, but we got there early and managed to get a space in their lot…. There is free residential street parking a few blocks away, but be prepared to circle a few times and walk up some steep hills to get there.

The location is amazing, right by the water and walking distance to pretty much all of downtown. The room itself was pretty clean but the hotel itself was super run down - tiny elevator, they werent running ac in the hall ways so it was pretty stuffy. The checkin staff was friendly and helpful but one of the cleaning ladies upon check out was pretty aggressive with us still being in the room 2 minutes past our check out time. Overall you kind of get what you pay for here, cheap in price so dont expect much.

Rooms were clean, beds and pillows were super comfy, staff were super nice! Major plus: price is much cheaper than the surrounding hotels. Only downside is the parking: parking situation is not great, lot is tiny and doesn't seem to have enough spaces but there also is free parking on the street about a 1-2min walk away from the hotel. Overall, it was worth it! If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be booking to stay here again!

Very clean, love that they have wood flooring and not carpet one really small elevator though and the only thing that I really did not like was the Parking is first come first serve so yes they do not charge you for parking but also, you may not have Parking when you get back.
