It was a very short walk from the Amtrak train station. Also very close to the metro little Italy station. Hotel staff was very friendly. recommended some great restaurants close to the hotel. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was very good.

Hotel was in a convenient location and was very close to restaurants in Little Italy. Great location to take the trolley! Breakfast was a challenge as it was very crowded and not enough seating.

This property is well maintained. The rooms are gorgeous , great quality towels and beds. I was grateful to have such a clean comfortable space to sleep in. The room was also larger than i imagined. Breakfast was well prepared and a variety of options. Parking is 40 a night but in a gated garage on premises.

Due to a convention in town, our room wasn't available and we were booked in a room that was not ideal for us. However, the staff did their best to remedy the situation and it was appreciated. I only wish we'd been notified of the change when we still had a chance to go elsewhere. Really liked that the parking lot was gate-secured.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We found the location to be great - walk to the water front and Little Italy. The tram/train bells were annoying, but that’s part of being downtown. Very close to the airport too.

There was no shuttle to the airport as indicated on the property profile website thru Expedia. The desk said it was a $15 flat fee for a cab, however, the driver said that was incorrect and charged us $25. The hotel elevators are really run down looking. The staff was nice and room was okay.

The breakfast was good and VERY popular. We got downstairs just before 7a each day, which turned out to be the sweet spot. It got busy after that. I didn’t know that Housekeeping only came every other day. Seems like they could do a better job of letting you know besides putting a small sticker on the bathroom mirror.

The room was clean and well stocked. There was always hot beverages available in the lobby. The location was closer to lots of things in the downtown area with a nice view of the harbor. On our check out morning the elevators weren’t working and the stairs don’t lead to the lobby or garage but outside so that was a hassle. Other than that we had a great stay.
