Id like to give a shout out to the amazing lady working Saturday night 6/21!! She went out of her way and helped ease out stay after the AC stopped working in our room! And provided us with all the necessary kitchen stuff to keep us going. BUT 1 WAY TO improve the hotel stay would be to provide WATER, please 🙏

Front office onky has 1 person and not helpful. Room was not cleaned despite multipke call to desk. Toom was so-so in cleansiness. Understaffed.

The property definitely needs attention. Paint in the bath tube is coming off. The paint on the doors is coming off. Also i did not like the fact that you have to ask the front desk for EVERYTHING ! From soap to a coffee maker , to the tv remote. That stuff should already be in the room.

Dead bugs on floor and in sinks. Huge spider crawled out of pillow when I moved it to get into bed. Thankfully I was able to kill it but was antsy all night. Both toilets clogged and the sinks as well. I was glad we were only there for a night. Would never stay here again. It’s worth it the pay the extra $50/60 for a decent room elsewhere.

This is worst hotel I have ever been to. Carpet had multiple stains. Room smelled like a toilet and weed. Tap in bathtub and shower head were very old and not maintained. No toiletries in room. When asked front desk said we need to ask for it. Room was not livable and we had to find another room at 9 PM. Overall it was a terrible experience.
