Shout out to the Operations Manager who helped checked me in on Sunday . When my room type wasn’t available they were able to comp my parking and move me to a different room so I wouldn’t have to wait and honestly that was perfect ! Thank you!

The overall common space was very clean our room was unfortunately not. The door also would not fully close and the bathroom as well as the carpet was a bit dirty. The staff although was very helpful and friendly. Other rooms seemed very clean but our room needed some extra maintenance.

Cookies upon check-in are always a great treat. The challenge is just that this place is old and past. It’s prime so it needs some investment to compete with more recently built hotels in the area. We only chose it because we had a last-minute trip for a College visit and alternatives were unavailable.

The staff was friendly. The up keep was horrible. That level smelled horrible and so did my room. I had two interruptions. First one someone used a key opend the door and if I hadn’t had the top latch on they would have seen me changing. Second day another interruption at 1:30 supposedly staff was told I was checking out at that time she knocked twice hard and my husband had to open to see what was going on. They blamed house keeping but it starts with who ever updates system and correctly. I dont know why they did this twice to me.
