The room was great. The staff was friendly and the check in process was smooth and the location was not as bad as I had thought it would’ve been based on the other reviews. Stayed 3 nights - our room was to be cleaned after 2 days. Wasn’t ever done. Called that night and someone came up with bath towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. We gathered up the garbage cans and she emptied them. The room itself was clean upon check-in. The bathroom sink/vanity area is not user friendly at all. Hard to explain the set-up but no room to place much and everything falls out the sides of the metal “stand” that the sink sits in? Shortage of electrical plug ins by the bed sides and there aren't ANY by the “couch and “bar area”. The marble flooring and walls and the old wooden doors and transoms are gorgeous & the architecture in the lobby is stunning. Menu was lacking but the bar was nice.

This hotel had a little history, it use to be First Interstate Bank. When walking through the hotel you’ll notice they still have everything from back then. It even still had the cutter mailing system throughout the different floors. Pretty cool. Hotel was VERY CLEAN, staff was very polite and they even have a little happy hour with a complementary glass of champagne. I would recommend.
