Bad studio in a nice area

The apartment was very run down. Especially for the price. Everything was outdated. The shower sucked with really bad water pressure. The shower head had half of the holes clogged. The toilet was tiny and the vanity was right in front of it so it was super uncomfortable to sit in. It rained when I was there and the skylight leaked all night. Felt like a crappy bachelors first apartment.
