Perfect hotel for the price, it cannot get any better. Staff were very nice and rooms were very clean comes with its own parking, wifi and is in the center of the area so everything is within reach.

P&S San Cristobal Stay

This is a nice, clean, no frills hotel, the staff are very nice and courteous, the rooms are decent sized and the bed is comfy and clean. The only complaint is our room’s window (connected to lobby/hallway) would not lock, this was only a minor inconvenience as the staff was trustworthy and the hotel doors were closed-up at night.

Tiene una terraza muy bonita, el personal es muy amable aunque la habitación no estaba muy limpia, el desayuno es fuera del hotel pero delicioso. El hotel no es muy grande por lo que la habitación es muy pequeña pero del tamaño necesario para la visita.

El staff fue amable pero nuestra habitacion no estaba lista para el check in. Cuando al fin llegamos se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle y recepción. La regadera tiene una fuga de agua que hace que salga toda el agua por el retrete. Para una noche está bien, mas de una no creo por el ruido.

Mi estancia no fue grata.

A media noche se hospedaron personas ebrias en el hotel. No se dispusieron a descansar sino que estuvieron platicando, cantando y creo que todavía tomando alcohol, estaban entre la puerta de su habitación y el pasillo del hotel. Por lo que no nos dejaron descansar con el alboroto que tenían.. Esperé por un buen tiempo, hasta que reporté a la recepción la situación, y me dijeron que si continuaban de la misma manera, pedirían que guardaran silencio. Aproximadamente a las 2 am ya pudimos descansar pero después del inconveniente.

Lo que no me gusto fue la atención en recepción, al llegar pregunté si tenían atención las 24hrs para entrar y salir a lo que me respondieron que si, ya que siempre habia alguien en recepción, pero a la hora de hacer mi check out y salir del hotel, estuve esperando mas de 40 minutos a que llegara alguien de recepción por que la puerta estaba cerrada y por poco no alcanzo mi vuelo
