The staff was very helpful & friendly. The location was great and close enough to walk to restaurants, shops & bars. I think a few complimentary bottles of water should be offered and a renovation of the hotel would make it a spectacular place.

Very convenient location in San Clemente. Room and bed were comfortable and the hotel was quiet each morning. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool/hot tub area was a bit tired and sun worn. Everything worked and was useful at the pool but it did not fit with the rest of the property. Will definitely return when in SC.

I saw some reviews of people that had bad experience this year but for me it was start to finish just marvelous. I made sure on Expedia I bought a room with an ocean view which is wonderful but of course it's several blocks from the ocean, but it's way better than the freeway view. There's coffee in the room and it's about a 5-minute walk from the main drag the Avenue Del Mar in San Clemente where there's all Shops and restaurants, and it's about a 5-minute walk from the bagel shack. and I didn't use the pool or any other amenities but I slept in a beautiful clean spacious room with a big beautiful clean bathroom and just completely enjoyed myself in the town and in the facility with a wonderful kind multilingual staff and just overall excellent excellent experience. I think I got free parking by purchasing through Expedia and I'm not sure if there would have been a parking charge; I didn't really check that in detail. In any case I didn't pay for parking by booking through Expedia I believe. Probably worth checking for sure if you book here.
