Location is great and super convenient. Outside still looks like a motel but rooms are nice and have been renovated so we didn’t mind. It was a quick stay for us. Only complaint was that the tv didn’t work in our room but that was minor since we were only there for one day.

Pleasantly surprised!!

I give this hotel a 10 just for the shower alone. It was so clean, modern It felt luxurious. Staff is nice, rooms are super clean. You have everything you need, coffee fridge, freezer and microwave. will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. you would never know the rooms are so nice by looking at the outside of the hotel. Looks like your typical hotel, nothing fancy but it was a great stay!

We stayed here one night, as we were headed to Catalina the next morning out of Dana Point. Although this is an old hotel, the rooms have been nicely renovated. The room was spacious, very clean, great shower, fridge,microwave and Keurig coffeemaker. Only concern would be for light sleepers because you can hear the AC come on when it turns on and you can hear some of the street traffic. But, I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in the area.

Very comfy bed. The furniture was half new and updated but they didn’t update the small loveseat..it was old. Felt safe and the owner lives on the property. AC works well
