Room was spacious and clean. Parking is easy with two levels and plenty of street parking. I conducted a number of business being for the room and it was plenty quiet. Overall, I have a recommend great room, great price, great people!

I have stayed at Hotel Avenida several times and I keep coming back because the live-in managers, Jay & Malu are a pleasure to stay with. They maintain the property impeccably, the rooms are nicely appointed and very clean. The prices are very competitive and you wont find a better place to stay. Location is fantastic, it is a few minutes from the beach and downtown San Clemente. Highly recommended
