Good but there are better options!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel. The location is great, a bit noisy during the weekend. Service wasn't as good as I other hotels in the area and for the cost of our room at Marinaterra, I normally book an apartment-looking room at another hotel.

It was a very relaxing experience. They allowed us to check in an hour or so early, the breakfast was an awesome buffet and a great weekday price! They didnt hesitate to give us an extra key when we needed one ans were so polite and professional!

Good view.....but thats about it.

Its a noisy hotel. You can hear other rooms, hallway, etc. And wnen we showed up to check in last night.....at about 7:30pm there wasnt anyone working behind the desk. Had to go find someone to help us.

Overall the place it’s okay, clean room, nice pool. The bathroom door opens inward but the bathroom itself it’s really small, making it hard for people to open/shut the door and the same happens with the shower door. I had a bad experience when an employee opened my room unexpectedly, just with the pretext of checking if the room was free. I’m a bit skeptical about it, specially when I had my reservation and room cleaned the very same day and of course each room has a phone. Transportation from an to Hermosillo is hard to get and it can be expensive, Uber is supposed to be available but it always indicated “limited availability”.
