The pool was unfortunately empty, a lot of things in the suite did not work, such as the lock in the main door and bathroom, the electrical outlet in the bathroom vanity and hair dryer did not work, finally the lighting in the jacuzzi did not turn on. Overall was good general speaking, there are a couple of staff members that require supervision on how they treat the customers. The front desk guy during the check in was arrogant, and the service in the rooftop bar was horrible. On the other hand, the restaurant service was great - the waiter Miguel is the best.
