El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado la cama es buena y el desayuno estuvo bien, sin embargo hay que tener en cuenta que la calefacción la colocan bien fuerte y las habitaciones son muy calientes pedimos que le bajaran a la temperatura y nos indicaron que no podían y nos enviaron un ventilador que hacía bastante ruido me parece que el servicio es terrible

El hotel es antiguo pero bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro cívico. Lo malo es el personal del lobby, desinteresado y no intentan resolver ningún problema. Poco atentos y si uno llamaba por telefono lo único que querían era cortar. El Spa está bien el jacuzzi pero no asean entre pasajeros y no dejan toallas para secarse. El desayuno adecuado pero el personal amable al igual que las mucamas.

Solo quejas sobre Kenton Palace

Es el peor hotel que he contratado por hoteles.com. Desde la atencion de la gente de recepcion, hasta la comodidad de las habitaciones es todo pésimo. No tiene absolutamente nada de lo que deberia tener un Hotel 4 estrellas. Las fotos de la pagina no tienen nada que ver con ls condiciones actuales del hotel, la cama king son dos camas individuales unidas, la habitación es pequeñisima, todo el mobiliario es viejo. Gimnasio y jacuzzi tienen un costo extra. Al llegar al hotel tubimos que esperar mas de 1 hora y media en la recepcion para poder entrar a la habitación porque no la tenian lista y se nos pidio que realizáramos la cancelacion de la estadia en el hotel, argumentando que el pago realizado en hoteles.com era solo una seña y no iba a ser cobrado, lo hicimos y luego se realizaron ambos cobros por lo que pagamos en duplicado la estadía y el hotel no nos dio solución para el reembolso. No Tienen ningun servicio ni atencion a la altura de un hotel 4 estrellas.

Preguntamos todo antes de reservar y paso igual!

llamamos para preguntarles todo antes de reservar por "HOTELS.com" y asi y todo "nos dieron informacion no consistente". como la tarifa era no reembolsable, nos vimos "presos" de esta situacion. el estacionamiento queda a 1 cuadra. no se puede estacionar en la puerta para cargar y/o descargar el equipaje. Habia olor a cigarrillo en el piso (3 piso). El horario del "spa" es de 17 a 21 unicamente. la cama que pedimos era matrimonial y nos dieron dos camas unidas. lo mejor, lejos, el desayuno y la ubicacion. buscaremos otra opcion para la proxima estadia en Bariloche.

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, os recepcionistas muito educados e prestativos, café da manhã delicioso, porém, sem variações. Ganhamos translado gratuito de ida e retorno. Em Bariloche é necessário pagar taxa de turismo que equivale a +- 50,00. Facilidade no parcelamento pelo hoteis.com. Estou muito feliz com minha estadia e indico o hotel.
