The hotel is in a great location, and the view on the lake from the room is wonderful. Breakfast was good and nicely arranged.The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was cleaned very well every day. The architecture inside the hotel is old and stylish, especially the dining room.We had a good stay. The rooms are tight and the internet does not always work.

Nice hotel within walking distance of everything in Bariloche: waterfront, restaurants, bars. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend paying a little more to stay on the lake side. The rooms are a little nicer and bigger and the views are breathtaking!

Lovely, lovely, lovely! Nice people, well located, good breakfast. Could use more towel hangers in the bathroom. Beautiful balcony looking at lake, but that door could be modernized as well. Great stay!

Old world charm with superb location

The staff was very accommodating and gracious. The facility is showing some wear and tear. Bathroom is small but with large shower. We had reserved a lake view and on the first floor it was minimal and not worth the extra money. The location was superb!

I’ll start with the bad, the room was tiny and tight with luggage. The toilet made drip noises which made it hard to sleep. Other than that the staff was real kind, the view of the lake was breathtaking every time, very walkable to many stores and restaurants. It’s perfect if you packed very light, or solo and if you don’t get a drippy toilet you’ll enjoy yourself.

Se trata de un hotel pequeño y acogedor, con un ambiente muy cálido. El personal es sumamente amable, especialmente las chicas del desayuno, siempre serviciales, atentas y cordiales. El desayuno es delicioso y casero, lo que lo hace muy agradable. Las habitaciones son limpias, cómodas y confortables; en nuestro caso, tuvimos una con vista al lago, simplemente espectacular. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, de fácil acceso y cercana a los principales puntos de interés. Sin duda, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

It’s all I wished for. Both ladies at the front desk are excellent, specially Paula. The breakfast is very complete and good quality, both on food and service. They accommodated for us to have breakfast at 6:00am the day we checked out to go to the airport. Thank you all.

Estadia em Bariloche em hotel simples, uim e caro

O Quarto 35, em que fomos colocados, eu e a minha esposa, era pequeno, sem espaço sequer para colocar as malas; não era permitido levar bebidas e alimentos para o quarto e qualquer necessidade tinha que ser solicitada à recepção, foi o que nos disse a recepcionista da chegada, e o frigobar era pequeno; as tomadas, exceto uma, não funcionavam direito para carregar nossos celulares; o banheiro tem um bidê inútil, que não funciona; a banheira, com o chuveiro, é perigosamente escorregadia, um risco para idosos; o hotel não oferece smart tv, com serviço de streaming (sem Netflix, Youtube, Amazon etc., um tédio!); o café da manhã é muito pobre, praticamente sem opções, e nós, como hóspedes, saíamos para os passeios com a sensação de vazio no estômago. Enfim, tudo isso por um preço bem caro para um hotel simples, sem luxos. Se depender da experiência de nossa estadia, principalmente considerando o quarto em que fomos colocados, não o recomendo. Há opções melhores em Bariloche por precos similares, com certeza.

El desayuno es muy completo, incluye huevos, cereales fríos, frutas, jamón y queso. La atención del personal fue excelente, muy atentos. El cuarto estaba limpio. La ubicación es excelente, cerca del malecón y de la calle Mitre, tiendas, lugares de comer, etc.
