Nice and clean

I had to stay in Bariloche because there was a problem with my flight to Ushuaia, and despite the high rates because of the season (everywhere else was equal or higher) it was a really nice stay for two nights, nice dinner and nice breakfast. Well located and clean.

This hotel has a great location and wonderful beds! It was a great find for our spring stay, with walkable distance of the lake, the city's downtown, many restaurants and a supermarket. The hotel allows you to bring food and heat it up on their microwave (the rooms do not have a kitchen). It also had a good buffet for breakfast, and free tea in the common area. We had a great time. Totally recommended.

Terrible . Llegas tarde con vuelos de más 10 horas . Y te dicen que la recámara es quema y nada no es eso es chiquita no entras con maletas le montaré mi reservación dos aundultos un niño y no me la aceptaron cobraron extra y la verdad me salió mejor irme de ahí horrible el servicio

Central e básico.

Hotel bem localizado, no centro da cidade. Bom café da manhã, quarto espaçoso e serviços básicos. Os elevadores deixaram de funcionar um dia pela manhã e não tiveram a iniciativa de colocar avisos nos andares e, muito menos, de ajudarem os hóspedes a descerem as malas. Um casal com crianças teve que sozinhos trazerem as malas do sexto andar pelas escadas.

Hotel bem localizado mas a cama deixou a desejar. O café da manhã começa a ser servido às 7:30 o que atrapalha a saída para os passeios que começam às 8h ou antes. Banheiro completo mas apertadinho.
