Aguila Mora Suites and Spa was the perfect getaway. The staff are very friendly. The room was clean and well kept while we were there. The pool and hot tub were ideal. And most of all, the property and the setting are amazing - overlooking Lake Nahuel Huapi with the mountains everywhere you look. I can't recommend this hotel enough - fantastic!

Excellent breakfast. Staff was super helpful. Room was great. Even the sofa bed was very comfortable. We were able to cook and eat in our room and the fridge was a good size. We enjoyed it.

Very nice, clean and efficient hotel with comfortable rooms and beautiful views. We are very grateful to Luna, a staff member that spoke perfect English, for all of her recommendations on tours, hikes, restaurants and local culture. We enjoyed the breakfast, comfortable beds, and proximity of the hotel to nearby restaurants and shops in San Carlos de Bariloche while being situated in a park-like setting with views of the lake and mountains. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Bariloche stay.

Fabulous view of the lake from our room. Unfortunately, traffic noise is quite loud which meant shutting the window and then the room was too warm. Outside lights are very bright and the curtains don't keep the light out. Comfy bed and a spacious suite.

Tamanho do apartamento ótimo. Tudo bem cuidado e funcionando. No geral, as instalações do hotel são muito boas. A unica observação é com relação à avenida Bustillo, que dá acesso ao hotel, transito nos dois sentidos e muito movimentada, o que dificulta a entrada e saida.

Estadia excelente. Equipe mega atenciosa, instalações limpas e tudo muito bom. Tivemos pouquíssimo com o que nos preocuparmos e sempre que precisávamos de ajuda, o apoio era educado e imediato. Temos apenas duas ressalvas: 1- o quarto, apesar de super confortável, é claro demais. No verão, com dias muito longos, isso atrapalha um pouco. Portanto, é necessária a instalação de black outs para evitar que os hóspedes acordem tão cedo. 2- no verão é preciso ter ar-condicionado nos quartos. O ventilador ajuda bastante, mas o ar-condicionado traria um conforto digno de um hotel desse nível.

El internet fue algo terrible. Nunca funcionó en las habitaciones y el área donde se sirve el desayuno queda como en un espacio alejado al resto del hotel por lo que no es armonioso. Es un hotel donde puedes moverte fácilmente al centro o a restaurantes hacia circuito chico o diferentes teleféricos que hay por la zona. El trato del personal no es muy gentil.
