This place is very run down and the pictures are only deceiving to ones eye. The staff isn’t the best and the restaurant is probably one of the worst in town, I ordered a hamburger and it was raw to give you an example. My advice is to come into to town and look at other small hotels in the area that are much better. Im so glad we only booked 1 night and moved to another hotel down the road.

The property was beautiful. Very tiny though. Maybe about 15 rooms? 20 max. The entire property was nice but both sides were terrible to look at. Debris. The staff was very stand off ish. Arrogant. 2/5 stars for the staff

It’s on the ocean saving time and hastle. My delux king was very small. No coffee maker or fridge. Deluxe?? It was very clean but the grounds really need some trees.. to much like a parking lot.

everything was good just one very bad problem happened to us on December 25th we returned to the hotel at 2 am the temporary fence that they put up at night was closed and they did not notify me at any time it is good to have security but someone should be there to open the door for the guests and there was no one at that time I spoke on the phone and no one answered me so I had to find a way to open the parking lot door myself and after that I left it open and the next day I told them about this problem and they only apologized saying that there should be someone to open it I hope this does not happen to someone else.

Staying here was pleasant, only complaint I have is when we try ordering few drinks at the night bar they didn't have the ingredients for some drinks, which is disappointing, as they have a simple drinks menu, and in some drinks wa sas easy as just replacing the correct liquor with another similar and they didn't wanted to do so as bartender said it will mess with his inventory, that's not good business. At least try something to accommodate the guest. I understand it's not a very popular area and customer service training might not be number one on the list ..

We recently stayed for 2 nights at Baos. The day club area the staff and the vibe were great. Huge shout out to alberto! This review is for the hotel and the service. We came down for breakfast. The guy taking our order didn’t write any of it down- it was 3 of us. They forgot my mom’s chilaquiles, an order of fruit and a milkshake. There was a family next to us who got their full order- I proceeded to cancel our items. The excuse was “the cook stepped out”. Will not be returning. And yes you do have to go up the stairs with your luggage- no help.

Great things about this place: 1) very clean; 2) really nice people working here, especially the female server at breakfast; and 3) everything, including a/c, worked great; 4) LOTS of geckos at night that stayed outdoors (my daughter loves lizards). Not-so-great things: 1) we had a family room with 3 beds but hardly any furniture, so we ran out of surface space very quickly. Not even a table; 2) of the 4 nights we stayed there, there was really LOUD music from the hotel bar late into the night, with the bass up so high that it shook our room; and 3) blood sucking bugs (jejenes) came out at night and kept us in the room starting about 5. I know that's not something the hotel can control, but it did detract from the place.

Del hotel puedo opinar que nuevo y cálido, muy chic el club de playa. Las habitaciones se ven nuevas,sólo las toallas no. Y el desayuno no es muy rico en el restaurante pero en el club playa la comida si es rica, solo que hay demaciados niños bañandose y no se puede disfrutar de la alberca. Pero tuvimos un problema con la resevacion, ellos dijeron que Expedia avisó el mismo día de nuestro ingreso sobre nuestra reservacion y por lo tanto no tenían habitación,nos comunicamos con Expedia e intercedio pero no pudieron solucionar lo de nuestra habitacion y nos dieron una habitacion provisional (sin costo) que olía feo y esta muy descuidada, incomoda, sus toallas viejas y cobijas percudidas,sin papel y con demasiado ruido de los mismos empleados, no tienen nada de prudencia en respetar que hay huspedes y desde las 7 am traian un escandalo, imposible dormir ni descansar, todos los dias hubo cumpleaños y cantaban recio y gritaban.

Reservé este alojamiento , porque dice a la orilla de la playa , con imágenes engañosas, pues de las habitaciones para llegar a la orilla de la playa , hay que atravesar literal el enorme estacionamiento , o por un baquetón para una persona , el hotel está al lado de una instalación que tiene un zumbido de motor fuerte y muy molesto día y noche sin parar. La habitación totalmente austera , sabanas rotas, la regadera del baño con ventana hacia afuera , solo con una fina capa de esmerilado pintado en el cristal , se visualizaba la silueta de quien se baña ,desde varios puntos de las instalaciones, debo decir que la atención del personal si fue muy amable , porque si les mencioné que es totalmente decepcionante , llegar a un lugar y ver que es todo diferente a lo que viste en su publicidad. Así que no lo recomiendo a nadie , yo no volvería a hospedarme ahí , Me parece muy alto el precio , y con esa misma o menos inversión se puede conseguir un muy superior alojamiento , en la misma zona , en otros hoteles que están a unos metros.
