I’m a super8 kind of gal! Room was fairly remodeled. Bed was super comfortable, clean, hot water, flushing toilet. The sink was coming off the wall a little bit, so I didn’t lean on it. It was a handicapped accessible room, and would be great for wheelchair.

We stayed at Super 8 in Redlands, CA, for two nights while attending an event at NOS Events Center. Check-in was smooth since we booked through Hotels.com. However, our room, while "cleaned," was not actually clean. We had to wipe down surfaces, Swiffer the floor, and freshen up the space ourselves. The bed was comfortable, and the TV and free WiFi worked well. On our second day, our shower leaked, flooding the bathroom. The staff responded quickly to fix the issue and clean up, which we appreciated. However, the room needs updates—our sink was coming loose from the counter, and housekeeping seemed to prioritize speed over thoroughness. Breakfast was minimal, with pancakes, granola bars, and concentrated juice. While the staff was responsive, the cleanliness and maintenance issues were disappointing, especially for the price ($640 for two nights). Unfortunately, we likely won’t return.

What a great find! My daughter and I were left stranded by another hotel’s overbooking. We made the reservation and Suzie checked us in within minutes. Suzie gave amazing service, super kind, quick service and picked out the perfect room for us. Would stay again because of this great experience. Bed super comfy, parking close and accessible.
