I love staying at this property. The staff, rooms, amenities, and breakfast bar are all magnificent. The inside pool and jacuzzi are my favorites not to mention the amazing breakfast in the morning.

Good staff and quiet and clean room, but hallway was noisy, and we could see light coming in all the way around the door, which meant no noise block from the hall. Other guests at the hotel made a lot of noise at 1:30 am; door slams and loud talk in the hall woke us up. Also, the elevator was out of service the 3 days we were there - so we had to haul our stuff up stairs ourselves. Although the location was convenient to our needs, and staff were friendly and helpful, we won't be coming back.

The room itself was great but the staff left a lot to be desired. I asked for towels and trash bags then i was asked to bring a huge pile of towels down myself like they couldn't be bothered..i thought that was unusual and a bit disrespectful. But.. The first staff that was there on the first night we arrived was great, i had asked for towels and told her that our toilet was acting like it was clogged she let me know that maintanace wasnt available till the morning but she offered to bring up a plunger (which worked great) and she also brought up the towels I had asked for.

Check in was simple, room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t use the pool. They did a good job of keeping people out that didn’t belong there. There was a fight down the hall from our room starting at 5:45am but that’s not the hotels fault. Great stay and coffee!
