The hotel is okay but it is extremely dirty, floors were DIRTY, it looks like they haven't clean the floor in like months, the bathroom door also dirty, my son was walking without shoes for like 5min in the room and i literally had to throw his sock to the trash because they got black because of how bad the floor was.

It wasn't at all what i expected. I left to grab a bite eat and shop with my grandkids after checking in at 4pm. The floor was filthy kids white sox were grey after an hour inside and seen a roach so I requested a mop which they didnt have so we found a rag I hand washed room then requested a refund and they charged me $20 for staying 3 hours not even there the whole time.

Stayed there for a travel assignment. It was clean and safe for a solo traveler. Never got to try the breakfast though. From what I can see it was just a grab and go kind of breakfast. It’s just a stone’s throw away from Denny’s which is a good deal for me.

The room was very neglected. Stains on walls floors stained. Bed sheets were stained. Room smelt like cigarettes despite being a smoke free room. Walls are very thin. Breakfast? A granola bar and cereal are you choices! How awful and disappointing for this being in the center of Redlands. Very poor quality.
