Vacations Close To San Benito County Historical Society

There's no free breakfast included in the stay, which was totally incredulous! Considering the nightly room rates, at minimum some sort of continental breakfast items should have free to guests. Instead, you're forced to order from the on-site restaurant at outrageously overpriced amounts!

Everything was fantastic and clean. The snacks were even super affordable! The charge for overnight parking was a bit steep especially since I was a guest for >24hrs Amenities were fine, but def bring your own stuff like shampoo and soap. THE room was good for an overnight stay. I stayed for a concert at SAP and it’s about a 20 min walk. I had a overall great experience and would stay again

Great bed nice pillows

My whole experience at the València Hotel was Top Notch and I would definitely stay here again!!

Overall our stay was pretty good. The mansion is very nice and staff is nice but my room did not have any hand soap, my room service never came and I had to ask to have the charge reversed, there were no pool towels in the evening, and only one person at the front desk during check-in that eventually formed a pretty long line. It is stated that there is room service but it was not available during our stay for breakfast on a Sunday. I'd prefer that it states no room service if that is the case. I think this hotel has a lot of potential to be great and the staff was kind. But I do think the hotel could be managed better to improve operations and efficiency for hotel guests. I do not think I will return until these issues are resolved.
