We stayed on Las Pitas for three days. We had great time. I really recomended and will be back. We didnt pay a lot for room but we have everything from Maine hotel. Breakfast was like a feast. I never experience suche a good brakfast. All Staff great. No waiting and people around very polite. I recomend for families as there is a lot to do for kids.

Beach was horrible. Not easy to access. Water dark and very wavy. Staff were nice. Rooms clean but run down. Food was awful and always cold. Desserts always the same and tasteless. Tourists were very rude. Many safety concerns noticed. Tripped on some thing in the ground that wasn’t marked. Lighting poor. Many stairs for ppl who are disabled or with babies. Shower leaked. Door lock jammed. No accommodations for late check out. Spa was great but you have to pay extra. Water could have been warmer. Many screaming kids in the adult eating area. Pool and dining room no where to sit. The waiters take your food before you’re done. I would never stay here again.

+ Gatekept and safe + Looks luxurious + Appartment had a lot of space + Close to the beach + Cheap buffet at the hotel + Great for families + Cleaning staff even did the dishes + Paths with no stairs, so it's easy to check-in with luggage + Nice patio with an amazing view of both the ocean and the desert behind - Was hard to find out where to check in, our taxi driver drove us to las pitas and not the hotel - Bahia beach has a lot of smaller stones which makes it tricky to orient, something can be done there I believe

Some bits to improve on

Overall was a very good stay, albeit I must say the beds were very uncomfortable. Two single beds for a couple and with those top up very thing and soft mattress that aren’t really a mattress and are horrible for your back. Bed frames also had breaks that were not working so the frames would also easily move. When we checked in we were told the pool closing time was at 7, however I got in the pool at 17:55 and got told off by the maintenance guy telling me pool closes at 18:00 and it is o my in summer it closes at 19:00. Gran Canaria is a sunny island and I think the pool should always stay open until 7 so that people can take advantage of it.

It was so hard to check in. So many steps to get to the property. Hard to find parking in street. Property air conditioner was not working fine and was noisy. Property was far from beach and swimming pool. Over all that was waste of money.

Fräscht och stort - men trist bemötande

Fräscha rum, varma pooler. Stor resort med bra utbud av aktiviteter och roliga grejer för barn. Oengagerad personal i receptionen (Daniel undantagen, han var väldigt bra). Otydliga i kommunikationen, kändes nästan som att de gjorde narr av oss när vi inte förstod. Vi behövde någonstans att bo för en natt innan hemresa och för det ändamålet är vi nöjda med vår vistelse.

Non mi era chiaro dalla descrizione, las pitas, Orchidea e un altro del gruppo Grupptel sono la stessa struttura. Las pitas si trova un po' più in alto e può risultare scomodo per una rampetta di scale, ma si sta veramente bene e si è vicinissimi alla strada dove posteggiare. Il personale è stato gentilissimo, soprattutto una signora delle pulizie che ogni giorno ci salutava e ha anche regalato dei cioccolatini ai miei bambini. Se vi capita l'appartamento con giardino è bello spazioso

Vi var to voksne og to barn i en leilighet i en uke. Leiligheten var fin med grei standard og godt renhold. Bassengene var enten ved hotellet som er like ved leilighetene, eller i leilighetskomplekset ved siden av. Det er ett hotell og to leilighetskomplekser som deler fasilitetene. Vi måtte gå ca 5 min til bassengområdet. Det er en del trapper for å komme seg opp til noen av leilighetene. Bassengene ved hotellet var fine, og alt fremstod rent og pent. Litt mye støy fra musikkanlegget ved bassengområdet, men det var mulig å trekke seg litt unna siden det er et stort område til solstoler. De har mange aktiviteter på hotellet som man kan følge via Blue-appen. Vi hadde ikke All inclusive, men det var både butikker og resturanter på området som gjorde det enkelt å finne seg noe å spise. God mat i resturantene like ved hotellet, også i strandbaren nede ved stranden. Hotellet er litt i utkanten av noe lokalt sentrum, så det er greit å ha alt man trenger i nærheten. Vi hadde leiebil. Kort vei til flyplassen.
