We stayed for a week and had a brilliant time. The pool was great and plenty of sunbeds to use and the fact that they could not be reserved was also a bonus. The room was lovely and the beds were made every day and we came back one afternoon to a bottle of fizz in an ice bucket compliments of the hotel for my birthday - this was a lovely touch. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was great, super friendly staff and a great pool area, great sized rooms and lovely bathroom. It’s also in a great location for the beach and the Yumbo centre. The sauna, steam room, jacuzzis and gym were all great facilities and loved using them. A few improvements would’ve made it brilliant: - The food was great the first few nights but went a bit downhill. I’d recommend going earlier, everytime we went later the food felt like it was still defrosting or had a post-frozen taste. It was also cold some nights. Dessert was really limited too. Loved the breakfast. - Could have done with a free water fill station. Also a free soft drink at dinner would’ve been nice for half board. We had to pay even for water, which wasn’t ideal. - The fridges in the room aren’t even slightly cold, and having to buy drinks made this not ideal. - An iron would have been appreciated. - The pool music could do with regular updates, but that’s super minor. Overall loved our stay, the improvements didn’t impact the overall vibe and it’s a great hotel.

The hotel is spotless, the staff are so helpful the rooms are spacious & modernly decorated. We stayed over Christmas arriving on Christmas Eve and it was over and above what we expected. The Christmas Day gala was an a la carte experience that you would have expected to pay a lot of money for at a top restaurant. This was inclusive of the all inclusive board we had paid for. Would highly recommend this hotel to all adult only trips.

It was a lovely looking hotel with a lovely pool area but a little disorganised where the sunbeds were concerned. The rooms were lovely airy and reasonably clean with some cleaners being better than others as regularly found areas they missed but nothing major. We were most unhappy with the dining area as food that was supposed to be hot under the hot lamps were warm at best! So despite having paid for it we went out most evenings. Especially as it was based in the basement with no view. I’m afraid we won’t be returning

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice and clean, we arrived after the restaurant had closed and we were left a box containing sandwiches, yogurt, biscuits and fruit, which was a nice touch. The pool area was nice, never had to worry about getting up early for a sun bed as there was always plenty available.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and all staff were friendly. The rooms were comfortable and large but the water pressure for showering needed attention as the volume wasn't good and the temperature didn't stay constant. We reported this to reception but it didn't improve so I guess it wasn't fixable. We were on the first floor. We had a lovely, relaxing holiday and there were always lots of loungers/parasols by the pools - one of which was heated.
