An older hotel (1965) in a quiet setting. Good beach and shopping nearby. Has been renovated but lobby is a bit old and unimpressive. Rooms good...nice pool. Bathroom needs: better towels, exhaust fan and general updating.

Excellent find.

A lovely chilled week at this hotel lovely staff very helpful young staff on pool bar and around pool lovely helpful and friendly. Room was very clean excellent cleaners nearly every day Aircon excellent, no English channels on TV, breakfast was great also pool bar food excellent huge portions tho so 1 between 2 as lots waste.

Nice place to stay as long as you don’t want any hospitality. Not catering for English tourists. Not helpful to give information, unless you break there so called rules around the pool ( no information given on rules ! ) no late checkout No cooperation reference slot for changing facilities. Go home with your bathing gear on .

Really nice hotel with very friendly helpful staff. The pool area is great and the bar staff especially Rita are very good. The only niggle if I have one is that 8.30am is a really late breakfast start so I didn't use it at all and the food in the pool area during the day are very unhealthy and the salad was awful with zero dressing and over cooked eggs but everything else was excellent. I had a great stay there and would go again.

The bed was worn out; it leans down on the side. Almost no cleaning service and weak wi-fi The tiny apartment is just okay—nothing more, nothing less. The good thing is that the shopping center, grocery stores, and restaurants are close by. And it felt safe.

The staff was excellent. The staff at the reception was very friendly, smiling and helpful. The ”Poolguy” was something special. Smiling and always available to help you with the sunshade or moving your sunbed. A big thank you to him:)))). The pool and the area around it was big enough and there was always space and a sunbed for everyone. The music was maybe too loud and old from The 80’s and 90’s only. I also notised that the small tables beside the beds were very old, grey and dirty. The size of the hotel was suitable , not too big or small. We liked the small kitchen in the room and we loved the balcony with the view We were able to see the sea and some beautiful houses. The bed was nice and good. The only thing in the room we missed was a place for your luggage instead of the floor. A small minus in our opinion was that if you wanted to change your pool-towel more than once a week or if you wanted to use the safe in the room you had to pay extra. The area San Agustin is nice and peaceful.

Excellent hotel - clean, safe, well equipped, friendly and polite staff, great value for money, lovely pool area, 6mins walk to pretty beach, kitchenette option very useful, local to 3 small supermarkets. Would happily stay again. Suggestions for improvement: 1. Improve wifi connectivity 2. My door lock was quite stiff to open 3. Shower head not very good.

Perfect in every way…. We’ll be back!!

A relaxing break in a fabulous hotel. Lovely and quiet and within walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Great path (passeo) running alongside beach for early morning run/walk. Staff at hotel exceptional and very helpful with any queries or if we needed any info. Allowed us to check in early as our room was ready so an added bonus. Room was lovely- starting to get a little tired looking but nothing major and everything we needed for a week was there. Great views from the balcony. Pool gorgeous although VERY chilly ( told it was 20C but not sure their temp gauge working!! Plenty of sun loungers (no reservation allowed) and a fabulous pool attendant who would supply you with a mattress for your lounger everyday and always found a space for you whether you wanted sun or shade!

The hotel is very fit for purpose. It is close to bus stops and a shopping centre. There are plenty of restaurants and shops to chose from. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool bar does both food and drink. You can use your card to pay too and there were deals on the cocktails (which are worth a try). We were very surprised by the food portions for the price paid and the quality of food. Bar staff accommodated any varations from the menu, if they could. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere to relax, but still explore if you want to. Just be aware, although there is air con in the rooms, there didn't seem to be in other locations of the hotel. There was absolutely no need to reserve sunbeds either, even though some people annoyingly still tried to. We sat by the pool at different times in the day and didn't struggle to find a sunbed.

It was a good stay for me here! I would definitely come back. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool guy Juan was very helpful and service minded and he really deserves a pay rise! The stay was budget; so not luxury but affordable (which means that the room was quite in need of renovation; my asthma unfortunately also got worse during my stay here). The only negative that I do need to point out is that people smoke on the balconies which means if you are allergic and have asthma you have to stay inside your room at night and can’t enjoy sitting on the balcony and read or relax 😥 people also did not show any concideration and was making loud noises late at night; especially stomping the floor omg I think I had an angry elephant living above me). Cleaning was a bit random; some days they showed up and some they didn’t. The longest I was without any cleaning was 5 days. Their times for showing up was a bit weird. Sometimes they could come at 10, sometimes after 15 o clock. I had to wear socks on inside the room (socks turned black because the floors were not so nice to walk on).

Der Zimmerservice hat hervorragend gearbeitet. Die Zimmer wurden tgl. gründlich gereinigt. Poolbereich ist übersichtlich gestaltet, so man nicht dem Nachbar auf dem Schoß sitzt.

Internet was very bad and some small issues with the toilet. Everything else was very nice. Everyone was very nice to us, the pool, bar, reception was cool. Good cooking utensils but no salt, pepper or oil etc was given which is unnecessary to buy yourself. Coffe machine, toaster, water cooker were good to have. Room was old but well kept. 5 min to the beach

Trevligt ställe o mkt trevlig personal. Ett äldre och ganska slitet hotell men rent o fint underhåll. Sängarna behöver bytas ut, bad om extra madrass men fick typ madrass skydd på ca 0.5 cm... kanske språkförbistring??? Över lag nöjd med vistelsen!

Given a room the size of a broom cupboard but main disappointment there was no balcony hated every minute lovely weather but couldn’t sit on a balcony. Bar closed at 4pm then nothing in the hotel had to walk up to the shopping center for a drink.

Piètre accueil à notre arrivée par un imposant monsieur sans sourire… qui donne simplement des ordres à une jeune fille à ses côtés. Juste envie de fuir devant ce premier contact!! Porte de la chambre qui a dû être fracturée et réparée ensuite mais indigne d’un hôtel 3*. Serviettes de piscine non fournies. Ménage, évacuation des poubelles (coin cuisine) et changement de serviettes uniquement le lundi, mercredi et vendredi… du jamais vu et surtout pas d’informations de ce type dans le descriptif de l’hôtel. DÉCEVANT!!

Et godt hotellvalg

Var her i 12 dager og hadde et flott opphold. Rent og ryddig rom, behagelig bassengområde og kort vei til strand, shopping og restauranter. Litt gammelt og noe lytt mellom rommene ,men vennlighet og godt renhold oppveide dette. Anbefales på det sterkeste og her får man god overnatting for en fin pris.
