Best staff you could ask for do anything for you hotel is lovely rooms is very clean best swimming pool that l have been in at hotel love the big leather double beds for sun lounger’s everything is at your feet at hotel bus stop right out side hotel from airport it’s only 4 euros right to your hotel there’s spar over the road to you couldn’t ask for better hotel l say 9-10

No es un 4 estrellas

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas. Lo Ășnico que tiene para ser un hotel de esa categorĂ­a es la zona de la piscina y las instalaciones. Lo peor de todo sin duda es el buffet. No es tan si quiera una comida digna de un 3 estrellas. Comida muy repetitiva y de muy baja calidad. Lo que te han puesto en el desayuno lo reutilizan para la cena. En una ocasiĂłn hasta nos encontramos con que uno de los postres tenia moho. Se lo comentamos tanto al equipo del restaurante como al de recepciĂłn y ni un solo detalle por su parte. AdemĂĄs, hay muy pocos carteles informativos de la comida. Muchas veces no sabes ni lo que comes y no te quiero contar si ya tienes alguna intolerancia o alguna alergia. Destacar que la mayorĂ­a del personal era muy agradable, sobretodo los del restaurante. En la recepciĂłn habĂ­a una chica llamada Cristina bastante desagradable. Que un cliente te diga buenos dĂ­as y no contestar me parece de traca. AdemĂĄs tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente el dĂ­a de la salida y ni se molestĂł en intentar solucionarlo. En resumen, evitad este hotel si podĂ©is. Hay muchĂ­simos hoteles por la zona y en pocos se comerĂĄ peor.
