Great hotel, nice room with all of the essentials. The facilities are great, pool not overcrowded and communal areas kept clean and nice. The staff is amazing, special shout out to Rita Suares in the restaurant, she was the kindest. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of the 5, the food is decent, but not amazing. I love Spain and Spanish food, which I felt was lacking. Overall i would recommend

Clean, comfortable San Augustin hotel resort

Very nice hotel. Clean, modern and well maintained. Very friendly staff and helpful. Good facilities, very good breakfast options. Good location, close to beaches and transport options to other parts of island. The spa and thalassotherapy excellent. Recommended if looking for a quieter location but close enough to busier spots.

We stayed in the hotel for a half-term break. We had a nice and enjoyable week. The accommodation was clean and tidy, we stayed in a family room which was spacious and well equipped for a family. The hotel facilities are good, but many are not available for under sixteens. The pool area can get crowded. But overall the hotel was good. The staff were polite and attentive.

Overall the hotel and facilities were ok. I noticed a dried up contact lense on the bathroom floor from the previous occupant, so cleaning could have been better. I paid for my stay on arrival and was asked again to pay when leaving. Upon informing them I had paid and showing them the bank transaction I was treated rather rudley with no one seeming to believe me despite the clear proof. This was clearly a mistake they had made and rather than an appolgy and thanking me for my stay they simply informed me I could leave. Reception staff could work on their manners. Ruined what was othwise an alright time.

Tolles Hotel und Service. Wahnsinnig leckeres Essen jeden Tag. Saubere Zimmer. Toller Salzwasser-Pool. Empfehlenswert. San Agustin ist sehr ruhig, aber mit Taxen kommt überall sehr kostengünstig hin.

El hotel está bien pero tiene cosas que se pueden mejorar además había una oferta por cuatro noches entrada gratis al SPA y estuve diez noches cuando llegué a disfrutar de la oferta no tenía derecho porque no lo hice en la web del hotel un poco trampa pero en general si le ponen cariño podía ser mejor .

Es war sehr schön, haben die Zeit genossen. Aber beim Frühstück, bei einer gewissen Uhrzeit, geht’s sehr zu und jeder drängelt sich vor oder greift über die Schulter um was zu essen bekommen.

Excellent Except for one complaint which wasn't sa

In total there were 15 of us staying in various locations. My stay in Gloria Palace was excellent , staff were most friendly, cleanliness was perfect, rooms all have sea views & are most spacious. I had only one complaint, my main course meal,which was duck, was inedible. I was unable to eat it as it was tough. I told my waitress but nothing was done ! So I again mentioned at reception & was told by the gentleman that he would ask his boss. When I was checking out I again asked & was told that nothing could be done!!! Such a pity that it wasnt dealt with correctly.
