The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. I loved having valet parking and the safety and ease that provided. The property was beautiful and very clean, the food was great, and the pool was fantastic. I would give 4.5 stars if I could. The first drawback was that the rooms did not offer streaming services, and we wanted to watch something after a long day of outings. The other negative was that housekeeping never came in to pick up used towels or straighten the beds in the three days we were there, even after I requested the used towels be picked up. I would definitely stay there again and had a great experience.

Room was dirty when we checked in, but we requested an early check in so I thought that might be why. No fresh towels or room refresh from house keeping which was a little annoying. Valet came out to over $100 for 3 nights and they have no parking lot for guests so be aware of the extra charge. Overall a good hotel in a good area.

While our room was clean and the cleaning staff kept up the foyer and swimming area cleanly. The front desk could have been more helpful. I called with a minor issue with our room and the young man that answered the phone was not very helpful. I wasn’t sure if our conversation was over until I realized he hung up. I understand he may have had a long work day, but my family and I also had a long travel day. It would have been nice if he at least pretended to care about my issue.

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very nice and the staff were fantastic. Every single one of them was polite and greeted you. The spa is lovely. The pool was great for a work out.
