Wasn't sure about the area; it looked quiet enough. If you look hard enough you can find scratches in the entrances and around the doorframes, which really brings down the look, but the hotel looks nice enough. Hotel must have been quite lovely when it first opened. The staff are very kind and professional. The rooms were clean, and I slept well. Would probably stay again.

One of the bests stays in San Antonio so far! Staff was so friendly, rooms were clean. Jose the shuttle bus driver was so friendly and helpful getting us to and from our destination! Definitely will be back.
