We had an amazing stay at Nattivo Collection Hotel in San Andrés! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always available to help with anything we needed or answer any questions. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The location is another huge plus. It's within walking distance of the beautiful beaches, great restaurants, shops, and nightlife, making it easy to enjoy everything San Andrés has to offer. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely recommend Nattivo Collection Hotel to anyone visiting the island. We look forward to coming back!

Room looked like it was not cleaned before we we checked in. Hair from previous guest in the bathroom, shower scum all over the bathroom, and even a left over wrapper from previous guest near the bed. Sheets were clean, but did not feel like a properly turned over room. On our last day the room flooded, some pipe broke a couple of rooms down and water was coming through, no real rush to address the issue or make any amends for us. Breakfast was great, decor is lovely, but cleanliness was severely lacking.
