Parking is a real challenge but thats for the entire island with the abundance of motorcycles. You are walking distance from the beach and shopping.

Las cosas que no me gustaron: El agua caliente era intermitente. El cuarto era muy oscuro, solo tenia una Bombilla de techo. Solo había un receptáculo en cuarto. La velocidad del aire no se podia cambiar. Baño bien pequeño.

Hotel limpo, novo, bom atendimento, funcionários atenciosos, tudo funcionando perfeitamente, boa assistência. Esse hotel é maravilhoso! Tudo super novinho e bonito, chuveiro quente, camas confortáveis, isolamento acústico impecável. Oferece água para os hóspedes e toalhas de praia. As funcionárias são ótimas e é localizado na melhor região da ilha, próximo à vários restaurantes, lojinhas e praia boa. Enfim, não haveria como ser melhor. Eu amei e recomendo muito!!

O hotel é novinho, as instalações são muito bem cuidadas e a equipe sempre muito cordial. A localização é PERFEITA, pertinho da praia, possibilita fazer tudo a pé. O quarto para casal não tinha janela, o que deixa um pouco abafado, mas com certeza foi o melhor custo benefício, indicaria com certeza.

Altamente recomendável. Hotel novo, camas muito confortáveis, quarto amplo, limpeza impecável. A falta de café da manhã é um restaurante são os pontos falhos mas, uma máquina de Nespresso com cápsulas no quarto e água a vontade para reabastecer na recepção são uma cortesia interessante. Atendimento muito cordial, próximo a praia, nos auxiliaram na locação de mule para passeios. Certamente custo benefício muito justo.

Excellent place to stay in san andres. Location was great! They just renovated so everything is perfectly clean and new. The only downside for me was the shower. We never got hot water. The explain we need it to let the water run for a while but nothing. Also the water presure on the shower was very low. Other than that Highly recommended. The huge plus was you not only can leave your suitcases there if you have later flight but they aslo have shower on the side so you can enjoy the beach a little longer and flight back all nice and clean! Love it

Uma das melhores opções em San Andrés

O hotel é novinho e super moderno, com uma equipe maravilhosa e a limpeza impecável. A localização é excelente, bem perto da praia de Spratt Bight e dos restaurantes do centro. Tem um mercadinho bem em frente e um café Juan Valdez ao lado. O fato de ter água filtrada à vontade no saguão foi perfeita! E mesmo não tendo café da manhã, a equipe te entrega uma cápsula por pessoa no quarto diariamente pra fazer numa máquina da Nespresso. A ducha tem água quente (que não é em todos os hotéis de lá que você encontra) e um jato maravilhoso, além de amenidades de banho muito cheirosas. Também tem secador de cabelo e um ar-condicionado excelente. O único ponto que consideramos negativo é que nosso quarto era muito menor do que nas imagens e o armário disponibilizado no quarto não cabia nem uma mala, e essas tiveram de ficar abertas no chão do quarto durante toda a estadia. O espaço que poderia ser pra pendurar e guardar as roupas só dava pra deixar os cosméticos diários mesmo. Fora isso, foi tudo impecável!

Foi tudo muito bom! O destaque vai para a limpeza do Hotel. Por se tratar de um hotel próximo a praia (e os hóspedes vem com os pés molhados e com areia) o hotel estava sempre impecável. Valeu muito a pena se hospedar aqui!

Mala experiencia! Reservé habitación cuádruple, al llegar me dicen que no tienen la habitación, que debo dormir en 2 habitaciones separadas de la familia. Adicional, al llegar a dormir una de las camas estaba sucia, sin cambio de sabanas de los huéspedes anteriores. Rescatable el servicio y su personal muy amable y atentos.

IMPECÁVEL!

Melhor escolha de hospedagem! O hotel além de bem localizado, possui estrutura e atendimento IMPECÁVEIS. O quarto é muito amplo e confortável. Apesar de não ter café da manhã, tínhamos direito a 1 cafezinho e água a vontade disponível a qualquer hora do dia. Outro diferencial, foi a possibilidade de realizar o check out, deixar as malas e ao retornar, tomar um banho para embarcar; nos ofereceram toalhas e chamaram nosso táxi para o aeroporto, tudo sem custo adicional. Ficamos extremamente satisfeitas com atendimento e cordialidade.
