Me parece que vocês não tem a mínima noção do que estão vendendo. Esse hotel está classificado com 2,5 estrelas, preço compatível com outros hotéis muito bons, no entanto ele é péssimo! Ruim é elogio, além de sujo e fedido!!! Só fiquei porque era apenas uma noite e já tinha pagado!

Waardeloos hotel op geweldige locatie

Het hotel is oud en kent serieuze vochtproblemen. Het eten is matig en de manier van serveren lijkt meer op een gaarkeuken. Daartegen over staat dat het hotel op een geweldige locatie ligt, direct aan de 'boulevard' in de hotelzone van San Andres.

Good location but terrible facilities

The hotel is very well located, it is in front of the beach and close to the commercial area. 2meals are included in the day, the food quality is acceptable, however there is not much variety. Not recommended unless you are only looking for location and nothing more.

El hotel es demasiado malo sucio no les interesa solucionar los problemas al cliente.Es tan malo que se esta cayendo a pedazos Sus trabajadores no son capacitados o si la tienen no la practican El dia que hice mi registro la habitacion estaba sucia la cama es pequeña y sucia su estructura esta oxidada es tan pequeña que una persona de mas de 1,80m de estatura no alcanza en ella, cuando baje para el cambio de habitacion el encargado estaba hablando por telefono con un compañero de trabajo y se referia con palabras demasiado soeces y vulgares de una huesped, al otro dia fui cambiado de habitacion al 7mo piso pero encima estaba una discoteca uds.se imajinaran pues que no se pudo dormir, Yo al otro dia tenia una competencia de triathlon, Lastima porque el hotel tiene una vista espectacular al mar y esta bien ubicado. Por favor no se hospeden alli.El precio es demasiado caro para lo que le ofrecen y por ultimo hoteles.com deberia ser mas honestos y no ofrecer este tipo de servicios.

DECEPCIONANTE HOTEL

Pésimo servicio de limpieza y peor aun el desayuno y la cena. El personal poco amable. El hotel en general esta muy dejado y abandonado. Solo lo salva la ubicación. Quedamos muy decepcionados nunca nos había tocado un hotel tan malo. No lo recomiendo. Es mas creo que Hoteles.con tendría que ver si lo sigue promocionando porque esta en juego su prestigio

Expensive for what it is: noisy, humid, smelly room, with roaches. Staff at main desk not willing to solve problems, poor service and attitude. Access to wi fi limited to the lobby only when "person in charge" is around to give password, which is not frequent. Stale breakfast cereal...

The best the hotel has to offer is their location

The staff of the hotel are extremes, there are some (very few) of the staff that is attentive, most of them are quite displeasing, unfriendly. For example, the safelock didn{t worked on the room and i asked one of the hotel staff about who can help, the man was clipping his nails and didn{t stopped clipping his nails while telling me that he could not help, that the cashier has to go to the room and fix it (in fact seems that the cashier is the only person that constantly works on the hotel). The rest of the staff is more or less the same, thay are very busy chatting and less attentive with the guests. The restaurant staff are just ok, the receptionis is a thing of luck, sometimes the smile and greet, most of time they are feeling like you´re a paying nuicanse than a costumer. The room is in very bad state, the bathroom barely works. And ypu better bring your own shampoo since the hotel onle offers soap and toilet paper.

Muy mal hotel, su comida es muy corrient, Pero lo peor es su forma d servi,como Si las persona no se merecen respeto, el hotel está para q lo derrumben es no es un buen hospedaje Y realmente deja mucho Q decir q una página como esta lo recomiende las habitaciones realmente muy deteriora, no hay servicios d wifi sólo en recepción y hasta q la señora d la caja esta en su horario se puede acceder a la clave de wifi, realmente es el peor hotel en el q me he hospedado no lo recomiendo.

No existe servicio,los empleados no saben que es eso. Cuando hablan de todo incluido es mentira ofrecen solo lo que medio tienen en existencias la comida muy regular, no ofrecen variedad, la limpieza deja mucho que pensar. Las instalaciones son buenas y su ubicacion esta muy bien pero no lo voy a recomendar a nadie me daria verguenza que algun conocido fuera...
