This is our second time staying at this hotel, property is close to the airport and restaurants. Staff is so friendly Sandy works at the front desk she was so helpful and every time we have a question or we need something she was willing to help us.

As for most of the hotels there, the surroundings are not that great, but it is safe and at a short walk from the beach. The sea is quite nice.

You can't beat the location. Close to the airport, beach, restaurants, and shops. The hotel is very nice, big doubke room. However, there is no alcohol being served in the restaurant but you can bring your own. But for drinking your own wine they chatge 8US$!!

Talek is the hotel manager. He was very attentive to my needs. I have a service dog and he acomodares me and Bella with they greatest attention. The staff was very nice and helpful. Thank you Talek for making it a very nice memorable stay.

Overall the hotel is nice. Didnt give a 5 star rating because I had a rough start the first night. Balcony sliding door couldn't lock, and the balcony blind fell off. These were fixed the next day. Nice place tp stay, closer to the beach and restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff. The hotel is clean, noce cirw of the landscape from the 6th floor pool and restaurant areas.

Breakfast staff was nice. Main staff would not give me 1 hour more for a late checkout after staying there for 5 days. I will never stay at this hotel again. Butch woman in front is very rude and annoying. Also turned my family away who came for dinner that I setup in their crappy restaurant. Food was horrible as mentioned before. If your American avoid at all cost. There are much better options.
