Room was okay, smaller than expected AC leaked and phone never worked. The greatest thing is the staff they are amazing from checkin staff, breakfast staff and most important tour concierge Ellie. Great location of the hotel.

Property was very nice, is located 10 steps from the beach. Food was amazing. Breakfast was the best. The only thing that i would love to see is the pool hours is only open 7 am to 7 pm. It will be nice if the pool will. open til 9 pm at least. Overall Hotel was amazing will recommend

Nice and clean hotel. Only two mebers of the staff were nice. The rest of the staff were unfriedly. Everybody make you feel that they are makjng you a favor. I was told by a front desk staff that maybe the rules are not from everybody. The frisrt 3 days I have to get my own coffe in the breakfast area. Everybody was chatting in the corner of the restaurant. They neeed a customer service training.

The service from the staff was exceptional. The hotel is in a prime location on the Malecon and beach. We ate several times at the restaurants also breakfast daily and all meals were delicious.

The hotel is overrated. The room smelled damp, the toilet didn’t flush properly, and the toilet seat was loose. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was good, but they should make improvements to the details in the room.

We travelled as a family with two teens and had a bungalow. The room was poolside with a private patio, had a fridge and the kids had their own room with two beds and we had our own room. The hotel is right at the beach so you can go back and forth throughout the day. There is a rinse off shower when you enter from the beach which was super convenient. You can change your towels whenever needed. It was quiet and the buffet was large and really good! It is in a central location and close to so many good restaurants. I would recommend and would return.
