Beautiful building with poor maintenance;rooms are very humidity it’s unbelievable even with the air conditioning on;my wife came out sick we have to change rooms once 😤rusted bedding mildew on the bedding wood frame,breakfast very poor condition ;frozen juice and coffee it’s not like everywhere in Colombia,very expensive everything ;they charge everybody a fee to get to the Island;but I don’t know what they do with the money because it’s very dirty everywhere;don’t drink Piña Colada’s @ hotel 👎 good .also every single beach 🏖️ it’s contaminated with oil and fuel it’s boats 🚤 everywhere..staff at the Hotel it’s very helpful and friendly;

This property is horrendous. Not maintained, old, rusty, smelly, horrible beds, dirty, dripping. Horrendous food. Only good thing, reception service. It is also kind of the standard in the island.

I liked the fact that it is located in an area that there's immediate access to the besch and pool. What I disliked is that the furniture in the rooms need to be upgraded, they were not up to standard. The safe deposit box was rusty and did not close, so I was unable to make used of it. The telephone was not working, and the water from taking a shower ran out to the bathroom floor. They do not have/carry washcloths (had to purchased my own). The lobby is beautiful and the entire staff are cordial and very helpful!

location was excellent and staff was friendly and helpful. the property is in desperate need of repairs and updates - - - for example, the tiles on the deck were broken, my sink did not drain (they fixed it), the air conditioning was weak, and the furniture showed lots of signs of wear. for this price point, there should be wifi in the rooms, not just in the lobby

Choosing this hotel for my vacation with my sisters was a huge disappointment. The overall condition of the property is poor, and the lack of maintenance is obvious throughout the hotel. Even the women’s restroom in the lobby does not have functioning door locks, which is unacceptable. I have taken photos to support my review because they truly speak louder than words. Based on my experience, I would not rate this hotel higher than 2 out of 5 stars, and unfortunately, I would not recommend it.

blah breakfast buffet, uninspired. ZERO internet in the rooms, first hotel in 10 years that doesn't have internet availabe in rooms, will never ever ever go back to this hotel simply because that is so simple a fix and yet they care so little about the guests they can't even provide that. no coffee maker, no refrigerator or microwave, its an econolodge on the ocean.

This hotel is so bad, rooms smell and are old. There is mold everywhere bathroom, pool. The towels are so old and smell bad. We had a room with balcony, but the door was broken and couldn’t open. When we got to our room there was a dead bird on the balcony. This hotel is lock of maintenance. There is no WiFi in the rooms, only at the lobby. Very disappointed the pictures when booking shows a nice hotel.
