shabby run down poorly managed disaster

This shabby wannabe resort hotel is kept in horrible condition. Cracks in the floor concrete, cracks in the walls, a gym that looks like a dark prison gym with machines from 30+ years Do not book with this run down hotel staffed by uneducated homoph*** who are unable to do their job to welcome and protect their guests. Not lgbt friendly We left one night early and changed our flights to escape this bizarre horrible hotel

You can’t expect too much because you’re on the island but for the value, it’s a great price. The air conditioner could not get the room cold enough and it was hot. The whole time the view is beautiful and the staff was great. It’s just an old Hotel my tile was broken in the shower and Online it shows bathtub. They don’t have bathtubs if you’re on a budget. It’s a great place to stay.

Cons - loud music nearly all day and into late evening from pool area, loud music in gym, room was extremely old and needs remodeling, way too may mosquitoes in the room and especially in the lobby area. WIFI only available in lobby makes for an inconvenient stay.
