We recently returned from San Andrés, and unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. This is not a 5-star property as advertised. The hotel is in serious need of major renovations, and I regret spending so much money to stay there. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was poor. The woman at the front desk was rude and appeared upset, and we experienced a similar attitude from the staff at the bar. One of the biggest frustrations was the lack of bottled water. Guests have to repeatedly ask for water bottles, and the hotel is extremely stingy with them. Since the tap water is not safe to use for brushing your teeth, bottled water is a necessity, not a luxury. During our stay, the hotel had no running water for several hours one day. The pool was also closed for repairs, and the dining area had water leaking from the pool above. The food was disappointing as well. There were only two à la carte restaurants, both of which required reservations at least a day in advance. Even then, securing a reservation was difficult. Overall, the property is poorly maintained, the service is lacking, and the dining options are limited. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Just wanted to make one thing clear to everyone, the "Interior" rooms HAVE NO WINDOWS. I cannot recommend these rooms, and I would not stay in one of them again, but the hotel overall and rooms with windows seem nice. It has a well-designed modern feel, though made of cheaper materials, which means some lights were already broken, paint was peeling in the bathroom, etc. The doors were also swollen from the humidity, so they have to be slammed shut just to close and you can hear everything in the hallway, so it gets fairly noisy. Overall experience was fine, just less than what I was hoping/expecting.

Não poderia ter acertado mais na minha escolha… estava com amigão que ficaram em outros hotéis e os únicos que não tinha reclamações a fazer era nos! Hotel mto limpo, cheiroso, tudo funciona mto bem, água quente, roupas de cama sempre limpa e cheirosa. Eu tenho mta dificuldade com adaptação de banheiro de hotel, principalmente quando a limpeza e lá tava tudo perfeito! Atenção especial a recepcionista Danna, maravilhosaaaa! Simplesmente amei!
