Boa localização, custo-benefício ruim.

O hotel fica muito bem localizado, próximo ao centro, perto de restaurantes, pontos de saída dos passeios e aluguéis de carrinhos. Pecou em vários aspectos, principalmente por não trocar a roupa de cama (era a mesma do hóspede anterior) esquecer de repor papel higiênico, não limpar o quarto, mesmo após solicitarmos na recepção. O quarto era bem deteriorado e após fazermos amizade com outros brasileiros descobrimos outras opções mais baratas e melhores. Já sabíamos que não teria água quente e que era simples, mesmo assim o hotel é muito caro pelo o que oferece.

this is a Ok hotel

Pros: clean rooms, located right in front of the beach in a safe area. Cons: Didn't like the front desk personnel attitude, building has three floors and no elevator, no restaurant and wifi was not working fine. This is more like apartments building with a front desk. I wouldn't call it hotel. I would recommend this to my friends because of the location.

O hotel tem ótima localização, próximo ao centro e praia. No geral, tudo funcionou de acordo com as minhas expectativas. O pessoal é gentil. O meu problema foi o hotel não ter gerador e ter faltado luz de 20h de um dia até 4 do dia seguinte. Calor tropical sem ar condicionado. A internet funciona com dificuldade nos apartamentos. Atende as necessidades básicas do turista não exageradamente exigente

Bom hotel econômico

O hotel não possui café da manhã, chuveiro quente e sem acesso por carro a sua portaria (o táxi chega apenas a 01 quarteirão de distância), mas possui quartos amplos, cozinha americana, ar-condicionado, wi-fi, recepção simpática e disponível para orientação, tem boa localização (próximos de bons restaurantes, comercio local e as praias urbanas mais movimentadas.

Hotel super bem localizado, staff simpático e solicito. Pagamento da estadia no check in, o que não acontece geralmente. Quarto limpo com ar condicionado, televisão, geladeira, fogão, sem água quente para o banho e água levemente salgada.

A localização do hotel é perfeita, em frente à praia Sprat Bight e em pleno calçadão onde ficam todos os melhores restaurantes, lanchonetes e lojas da ilha. Além disso, o quarto é bem grande, na verdade é um esquema de apart hotel em que não há café da manhã, mas há uma cozinha equipada com geladeira e fogão. Há também uma varanda (a do meu quarto não tinha vista) com varal ótimo para secar as roupas da praia. O ar condicionado do quarto também funciona muito bem. Já os pontos fracos são os seguintes: o Wi-Fi não funciona no quarto, somente no saguão; o chuveiro é ruim, a TV fazia um zumbido muito alto, não dava pra assistir; tem um bar ao lado do hotel que liga uma música muito alta de noite; do lado de fora do hotel tem um exaustor que faz um barulhão o dia todo, ou seja, não recomendo para quem tem sono leve e se incomoda com barulho.

Conforto e localização. Lugar lindo!!!

A localização do hotel é excelente, fica na região comercial da ilha, onde está toda a infraestrutura, comércio, restaurantes, etc. Apesar de estar em frente à praia, os apartamentos não têm vista para o mar. Apartamento enorme, super confortável, equipado com duas camas de casal, dois sofás (um na cozinha e outro no quarto), ar-condicionado, Wi-fi grátis (um pouco lento), tv a cabo, guarda-roupa, geladeira, fogão, mesa americana, alguns utensílios de cozinha, varal de roupa (fica num espaço nos fundos dos apartamentos... tipo um quintalzinho "sacada"), janelas grandes com cortinas, bem arejado. Em relação a limpeza, os quartos eram limpos todos dias e as toalhas trocadas regularmente. Só tenho a reclamar da limpeza do vaso sanitário que não foi feita durante os sete dias que estive no local. Como em quase toda a ilha, não sai água quente do chuveiro. Mas isso, no entanto, não chega a ser um problema. Dependendo do horário do banho, a água sai morna. A água, inclusive, é salobra. Precisa comprar água mineral para beber. Funcionários bem prestativos, educados e pessoas boas. Único ponto fraco, na minha avaliação, é não ter café da manhã para os hospedes. Ótimo lugar para reservar!

Boa opção para poucos dias; O quarto tem um bom tamanho, mais peca na limpeza a noite aparecem varias baratas de praia. Outro ponto negativo é o chuveiro que não esquenta além da água ser agridoce. Localização é seu ponto forte, no calçadão com varias opções de restaurantes e lojas.
