The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, however, we had a poor experience, the room had lots of issues, the door had a hole by the lock you could see through, the door did not shut right and was banging and making loud noises all night long Marcuse of the wind(issue was fixed next day) there was odor coming from the bathroom all the time, the toilet got clogged Saturday afternoon around 3, and reported it right away but maintenance never came and we were told to use the bathroom in the lobby or the top floor, not ok when you have minor children who need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Finally the toilet was unclogged Sunday morning. The safe stopped working and no one ever came to fix it, I was told I had to wait until Monday.

Best place affordable price warm welcome

This is a very nice place. The location is very good (10 minutes walk to the centre and 5 minutes to the nice beach). I liked the small kitchen, quiet pool on the roof and the breakfast.

Check in is strange, they walk you to your room & show you that the linens, towels are not stained (tell you that if you stain them there will be an additional costs) show you that the AC & TV are in working condition. Tell you that if anything breaks you will be responsible. Then during check out they come inspect your room. Breakfast was good. **This property is not beach front. They will let you check out late :)

STAFF WAS GREAT. VERY VERY HELPFUL. HELPED US WITH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AND WE HAD A GOOD STAY OVER ALL. BUT IF IM BEING HONEST ABOUT THE HOTEL ITS SELF ITS PRETTY DATED. THE SHOWER HEAD WAS RUSTY. DRAWERS WERE CROOKED. ALL THE KITCHEN STUFF WAS RUSTED AND UNCLEAN. BUT THE WORST WAS PROBABLY THE AC WASNT REALLY COOLING DOWN THE WAY ONE WOULD WANT WHEN SLEEPING AT A HOTEL ROOM. I WOUDNT STAY HERE AGAIN FOR THAT REASON ALONE.

Staff was fantastic. Rented a moped from a friend of front desk girl and it was a game changer! $45/day gave us independence and mobility to do whatever we wanted, whenever we wanted. Azure is north of the airport which gave us quiet nights and a sense that we weren’t in an urban area while still being only a 5 min ride to everything

Great staff, helpful. Multilingual. Have lots of suggestions for you if you inquire about yours, and things to do around the island. Super clean rooms, rooftop pool with overview of the surroundings. Rent a buggy and go to la Piscinita. Eat at the local restaurant which is a minute or two. Eat at Atipico food and drinks. The best spot for delicious dinner.

The staff was excellent. They help my wife organize my room before we arrived for my birthday! They even help get me a cake. The hotel was not very clean. I had roachs in the bathroom. The last day the air conditioning was broken for the night and next day. The breakfast was ok but very limited. The staff was very helpful but the hotel was below average. Pool was average and the view was beautiful from the rooftop

The staff was super friendly, however we ended up paying $250 the night in San Andres. The bathroom floor was not done properly and it will get sticky, they o my give you one key card and it’s impossible to leave the room if you are traveling with a friend, and this hotel is really far away from the main area. For this price you can definitely stay somewhere else.
